After more than 15 years working inside federal agencies, defense programs, and enterprise security operations, Koffi Akouete saw the same pattern repeat across every organization he worked with.
Talented teams. Serious tools. Hard work every day. And leadership, including executives, program managers, and boards, still unable to answer one simple question with confidence: is this working?
Not because security teams were not doing their jobs. They were. But there was a gap between the work being done and the business value that work created.
